To give you peace of mind, all products purchased off our website come with an international warranty from the date of purchase. Length of the warranty will depend on the product you have purchased. You will be required to retain proof of purchase to make a warranty claim. In the event your product becomes faulty, please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team with a description and photos/videos of the issue. Once we assess the issue and are able to determine its a product fault, you'll be able to pay the reshipping fee for the product(s). We'll then dispatch your replacement order straight away. Please note that if an item has been discontinued, we are no longer able to provide warranty replacements on that item.
