Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Important: Power Banks
Chargeasap power banks, contain lithium batteries and are classified as hazardous goods for transport.
Due to international shipping safety regulations, battery-powered products typically cannot be returned via standard postal services.
As a result:
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for battery-powered products
If your battery-powered product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right with a replacement or appropriate resolution

Return Shipping
Approved returns must be shipped back to our warehouse in China
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning items.

Non-Returnable Situations
