Start a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product may be experiencing a manufacturing defect, our support team is here to help.

Before submitting a claim, we recommend reviewing our Warranty Coverage to confirm your product is eligible.

If your product is outside the warranty period, our team can still review your case and recommend the best available solution, which may include replacement options where applicable.

  • Full name

  • Email used at checkout

  • Product name

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or short video showing the problem

Providing clear details helps us reach a resolution faster.

 

Important Information
