Warranty Period
Chargeasap products include a minimum 12-month limited warranty starting from the date your order is delivered.
Some products may include an extended warranty period. If applicable, this will be stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
What the Warranty Covers
Our warranty protects against manufacturing defects that affect the functionality of the product under normal use.
Examples include:
Products that fail to operate as intended
Manufacturing faults
Technical defects
If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover issues resulting from:
Misuse or improper handling
Accidental damage
Unauthorized modifications
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are also not covered.
Proof of Purchase
To verify warranty coverage, you will need:
Your order number
The email used at checkout
Proof of purchase if ordered through an authorized retailer
We recommend keeping your order confirmation for reference.
Extended Warranty
If you purchased an extended warranty, your coverage will automatically reflect the extended period from the original delivery date.
No additional registration is required.
Outside of Warranty Coverage
If your product is no longer within the warranty period, our support team may still be able to help.
Depending on the situation, we can often provide troubleshooting guidance, discounted replacement, or exclusive discounts on a new product.
