Magnetic Tip Stuck in Device — What to Do

Magnetic tips are designed to fit securely inside your device’s charging port. If the tip feels difficult to remove, it can usually be taken out easily using the steps below.

Most customers are able to remove the tip in under a minute.

Remove the tip with your fingers

• Grip the edge of the tip firmly

• Gently wiggle while pulling outward

• Fingernails make removal especially easy

👉 Tip: A slight side-to-side motion helps loosen the tip.

• Ensure the tip is fully seated when inserting

• Remove gently rather than pulling at an angle
