Tracking Not Updating? Read This
It is completely normal for tracking updates to pause while a shipment is moving through the carrier network.
In most cases, a temporary lack of updates simply means the parcel is in transit between checkpoints.
Why tracking may not update immediately
Carriers do not scan packages continuously throughout their journey. Updates typically occur when the parcel reaches a major processing facility or transfer point.
Tracking may pause when shipments are:
Moving between transport hubs
In international transit
Awaiting the next carrier scan
Being transferred to a local delivery partner
Travelling over weekends or public holidays
Updates usually resume once the parcel arrives at the next checkpoint.
Battery shipments (power banks)
Products containing batteries are transported via certified shipping channels that comply with international safety regulations.
Because of this specialised process, tracking updates may sometimes begin only after the parcel reaches your destination country and is handed to the local courier.
This is expected behaviour for battery shipments and does not indicate a delay.
If your order has shipped, it is actively moving through the courier network even if tracking updates are not yet visible.
When should I expect the next update?
It is not unusual for tracking to remain unchanged for several days while a parcel is in transit internationally.
Once the shipment reaches the next processing facility, multiple updates may appear at once.
This often gives the impression that the parcel has suddenly accelerated — when in reality, it has been moving the entire time.
Check your estimated delivery window
Before becoming concerned, we recommend reviewing the delivery timeframe provided at dispatch.
Most shipments arrive within the estimated delivery window even if tracking updates are intermittent.
