Important notes

Delivery windows begin after dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate once your shipment has been handed to the courier.

For orders containing battery products such as power banks, tracking updates may begin once the parcel reaches the destination country and is transferred to the local delivery partner. This is expected for certified battery shipments.

 

Customs and local processing

International shipments may occasionally require additional time due to customs clearance or local carrier handling.

If any information is required for clearance, the courier will typically contact you directly.
