Track My Order — Delivery Timelines Explained

Once your order is placed, here’s what to expect and how to track it. 

Most delivery questions are resolved using the information below.

If your order has shipped, it is actively moving through the courier network even if tracking updates are not yet visible.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days.

During peak periods, holidays, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Simply enter your tracking number to view the latest updates.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate after receiving your shipping confirmation, as some carriers require time to scan parcels into their network.

 

Tracking for power bank orders

Power banks are classified as battery-containing items and are transported via certified battery shipping channels that comply with international safety regulations.

Because of this specialised shipping method, tracking behaviour may differ slightly from standard parcels.

In many cases, tracking will begin updating once the shipment has arrived in your destination country and is handed over to the local courier for final delivery.

This is expected for battery shipments and does not indicate a delay.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

Tracking updates can occasionally pause while a parcel is in transit. This commonly occurs when shipments are:

  • Moving between major transport hubs

  • Awaiting the next carrier scan

  • Undergoing customs processing

  • Travelling during weekends or public holidays

Updates typically resume once the parcel reaches the next checkpoint.

 

International shipping & customs

For international orders:

  • Delivery timelines vary by destination

  • Customs processing times differ between countries

  • Import duties or taxes may apply depending on local regulations

If customs clearance is required, the courier may contact you directly.

 

Typical delivery timeframes

Delivery speeds vary based on destination and courier routing.

Most international orders arrive within 8–21 business days after dispatch, although timing can differ based on location, customs processing, and local carrier operations.

We focus on secure and reliable delivery to ensure your order arrives safely.

Once your order is in transit, tracking will provide the most accurate updates as it moves through the courier network.

 

My order shows “Delivered,” but I haven’t received it

If tracking indicates your parcel has been delivered:

  • Check around your delivery location

  • Ask household members or neighbours

  • Check with your building concierge or reception if applicable

Some couriers mark parcels as delivered shortly before final drop-off, so it may arrive later the same day.

 

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Orders may ship separately depending on:

  • Warehouse availability

  • Item size

  • Fulfilment location

If this applies, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
