What Happens After You Order?
Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for shipment. Below is a step-by-step overview of what to expect as your order moves through each stage.
Order confirmation
Shortly after completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.
If you do not see this email, we recommend checking your spam or promotions folder.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days.
During product launches, holidays, promotional events, or peak shopping periods, processing times may be slightly extended as we prepare a higher volume of shipments.
Our team works carefully to ensure each order is packed securely and dispatched correctly.
Shipment & tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch as the courier scans the parcel into their network.

Battery shipments (power banks)
Products containing batteries are transported via certified shipping channels that comply with international safety regulations.
Because of this specialised process, tracking updates may sometimes begin once the parcel reaches your destination country and is transferred to the local courier.
This is expected behaviour and does not indicate a delay.
If your order has shipped, it is actively moving through the courier network even if tracking updates are not yet visible.
In transit
Once in transit, delivery timelines depend on the destination and courier routing.
Most international orders arrive within 8–21 business days after dispatch, although timing can differ based on location, customs processing, and local carrier operations.
Our focus is on secure and reliable delivery to ensure your order arrives safely.
Delivery
When your parcel is out for delivery, the courier will typically update the tracking status accordingly.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not yet received the parcel, we recommend checking around your delivery location, with neighbours, or with your building reception if applicable.
Some couriers mark parcels as delivered shortly before final drop-off.
Multiple shipments
In some cases, orders may ship in separate packages depending on warehouse availability or item size.
If this applies, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

If you need to update your shipping address or notice an error in your order details, please contact us as soon as possible.
While we will always do our best to assist, changes may not be possible once an order has been prepared for dispatch.
