Please remove all the protective film if your Flash appears to have arrived with scratches.

Each unit of Flash comes with a protective plastic sticker on the wireless charger, LED indicator, top and bottom panels. Please ensure that these stickers have been removed before use as these stickers have sometimes been stuck on so securely that initially it may appear as if there’s no extra plastic layer and you have received a unit that's covered in scratches.

There is a protective film covering the wireless charger and LED indicator. The scratches are slightly raised which indicates there is a second layer
