If your Zeus charger isn’t performing as expected, many issues can be resolved quickly using the steps below. These checks help identify whether the charger, cable, or device is involved.
Try these steps first

If using a travel plug adapter, try an alternative adapter.

If the other device charges normally, the issue may be specific to the first device.

Ensure your USB cable is in good condition.
Test the cable with another charger or device to confirm it functions.

Check the USB ports on Zeus
