Flash Pro Ultra — Start Here (Owner Guide)
Wireless Charging Troubleshooting
Wireless charging on Flash Pro Ultra is designed to be intentionally activated to help prevent accidental power use and preserve battery when not in use.
If wireless charging does not begin right away, the steps below resolve most cases quickly.
We recommend completing them in order before contacting support.
Before You Begin
Ensure your Flash Pro Ultra has sufficient battery
Confirm your phone or wearable supports wireless (Qi) charging
Wireless charging requires both activation and proper alignment to function.
Step 1 — Turn On Wireless Charging
Flash Pro Ultra’s wireless charging must be activated manually.
👉 Double-press the power button to turn on the wireless module.
Once activated, place your device on the charging pad and allow a few seconds for charging to begin.
This intentional activation helps prevent unnecessary battery drain when wireless charging is not in use.
Step 2 — Position Your Device Correctly
Place your phone centered on the wireless charging pad.
Wait approximately 10–15 seconds for the connection to establish.
Wireless charging depends on coil alignment, so even small shifts can interrupt charging.
Step 3 — Test With and Without Your Phone Case
Some cases — particularly thicker designs or those containing metal — can interfere with wireless charging.
First test with the case on
If charging does not begin, remove the case
Reposition the phone carefully in the center
Step 4 — Remove Foreign Objects
Ensure nothing is placed between the phone and the charging surface.
Remove:
Metal plates
Cards
Magnetic accessories
Rings or grips
Flash Pro Ultra includes foreign-object detection that may pause charging if interference is detected.
Step 5 — Charging an Apple Watch or Samsung Watch
The watch charger also requires manual activation.
👉 Double-press the power button before placing your watch on the charger.
Once activated, position the watch securely and allow a few seconds for charging to begin.
For additional guidance, refer to the instruction manual included with your Flash Pro Ultra.
Step 6 — Reset the Powerbank
If wireless charging still does not activate:
Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to reset the device.
This helps recalibrate the internal power management system.
After resetting, repeat Steps 1–2.
Step 7 — Test With Another Device
To help isolate the behavior:
Try a second Qi-compatible phone if available
Test wired charging to confirm the battery and ports are functioning normally
This helps determine whether the behavior is device-specific.

Why Is My Flash Pro Ultra Losing Battery When Not in Use?
Some Flash Pro Ultra units may show a small decrease in battery percentage even when not actively charging devices. This behaviour is normal and depends on the production configuration of the wireless charging system.
Why does the battery decrease when idle?
Flash Pro Ultra includes advanced wireless charging designed for convenience and quick activation.
On some early production units, the wireless charging system remains ready for immediate use. This standby readiness allows devices to begin charging quickly when placed on the pad, but it may also result in a small amount of background power usage.
This design supports:
instant wireless charging activation
a seamless user experience
convenient everyday use
Later production refinements
As part of our ongoing product optimisation process and in response to customer feedback, later production runs introduced refined power management so the wireless charging system activates only when needed.
Both designs operate safely and within intended performance standards.
Does this affect performance or safety?
No. Stand-by battery usage related to wireless readiness does not affect performance, safety, or battery health. Flash Pro Ultra continues to operate within its design specifications.
How much battery decrease is normal?
A small reduction in battery level over time is expected when the powerbank is idle.
Factors that can influence standby usage include:
wireless charging readiness
ambient temperature
OLED display wake cycles
stored battery level
environmental conditions
Tips to maximise standby time
To conserve battery when not in use:
Avoid leaving devices on the wireless pad
Store the powerbank in a cool, dry environment
Recharge before extended storage
Disconnect accessories when not needed
Why was power management refined?
Like many advanced electronic products, Flash Pro Ultra benefits from continuous refinement and optimisation over time. Later production runs introduced enhanced power management to further improve efficiency based on user feedback.
Both configurations meet performance expectations and are designed for reliable everyday use.
Is a replacement required?
Because this behaviour is part of normal operation for early production units and does not affect performance or safety, replacement is not required.
If you notice unusually rapid battery loss beyond normal standby usage, our support team will be happy to assist.
When should I contact support?
Please reach out if you observe:
unusually rapid battery decrease while idle
inconsistent charging behaviour
performance concerns beyond normal standby usage
👉 Submit a request and include:
your order number
a short description of what you are observing
photos or video if helpful
Flash Pro Ultra is engineered for high performance, safety, and convenience. Small standby battery usage is a normal characteristic of advanced powerbanks with always-ready wireless charging functionality.
