My powerbank is on 0% and keeps restarting when charging
Video of issue: https://vimeo.com/801562237
Storing a discharged powerbank for an extended period of time without regular maintenance can potentially affect its overall performance and lifespan. It is generally recommended to store a powerbank with a partial charge, ideally around 50% to 70% capacity.
When a powerbank is fully discharged and left unused for a prolonged period, the internal cells can undergo chemical changes that may lead to a reduction in their capacity or even render them incapable of holding a charge. This phenomenon is often referred to as "deep discharge."
Majority of our customers have found they were able to resolve the issue by completing the following steps:
- Continue to connect and charge for about half an hour to see if this issue resolves itself. Our testing has found it can take about 35 minutes for charging to return to the normal charging state.
- If the issue persists, try using another 100W charging adapter.
If these steps were not able to resolve your issue, please submit a request and a member of our Customer Happiness Team will respond within 24 business hours.
