We have created a number of troubleshooting guides which helped many of our clients. Majority of our customers have found they were able to resolve the issue by completing the following steps:
- Please be reminded that the wireless charging pads of the Flash Pro Plus and Flash Pro have a plastic film on them. Kindly remove this film as this may interrupt the connectivity.
- Kindly press & hold the power button first for 3-5 seconds to activate the wireless charging pads. When the wireless has turned on, the "W" will blink. When turned off, "W" doesn't blink.
- Place the device directly on the charge spot located in the centre of the wireless charging pad and hold it in place for a few seconds
- Try charging with and without any device case, to check if it's your casing that is causing the issue.
