My tip is stuck in my device. What do I do?

If you are having trouble removing your tip from your device, please try the following steps:

1) The tips are designed to be easily removed with your fingers. Please check out the following video for a demonstration. (Timestamp 1:46) Tip: having longer nails makes it easier 

2) Use the tip removal tool that was provided with each cable set that you have purchased

3) If you still can't remove it, then we suggest going to your local mobile phone repair shop where they will be able to easily remove it with some tools that should be at no cost.
