Majority of our customers have found they were able to resolve the issue by completing an isolation test with the following steps:
- Check that the device you are trying to charge is working. This can be done by using Dash to charge a different device. This allows you to determine whether the problem is with Dash itself or the device.
- Double check that your cable is working. Try your USB cable with another device to make sure it’s working
- Check that the USB ports are stable. It should not wiggle and you should not have any difficulty pushing cables into it
