Troubleshooting ASAP Dash
Most of our customers have found success in resolving their issues by following these steps:
- Check that the device you are attempting to charge is functioning properly. You can do this by using the power bank to charge a different device. This will help you determine whether the issue is with the power bank itself or the device being charged.
- Double-check that your cable is working correctly. Try using your USB cable with another device to ensure it is working.
- Make sure the USB ports are stable. They should not wiggle, and you should not have any difficulty inserting cables into them.
- Have you tried using another cable, wall charger, or charging another device? Does the issue occur on other ports, if applicable?
