Will UNO be compatible for data transfer from Macbook to phones?
Due to the limitations of USB-C to Lightning cables (even with a regular cable), there is no data capability from Macbook to any Apple products requiring a lightning connector. Instead you'll need to use Wifi. There will be data compability from Macbook to other mobile devices which have a Micro USB or USB-C port.
