Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and you will receive a tracking number within 4 business days*.
*There there may be an extended delay in delivery time during public holidays and holiday seasons or unforseen global events.
Our order processing is automated, meaning, once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled.
All shipments are sent from our warehouse in China and shipped through several carriers and postal services providers. Upon entry in the destination country it is handled and processed by your local postal service.
China's Golden Week Holiday (October 1 - 7, 2024)
Please be informed that China will be observing its Golden Week holiday from October 1 to October 7. During this period, our order processing and fulfillment services in China will be temporarily paused. Normal operations will resume during the second week of October.

Delivery
Orders typically take 5-15 business days to reach international destinations, but can sometimes take as long as 4-6 weeks for some destinations. This timeframe depends on your location, seasonal volume, weather, and customs processing.
