Received a faulty product?

If you have received a faulty item, first of all, please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us. We are happy to replace any items that we have missed the mark on. 
When you have a factory defect or find your product to be faulty upon delivery, please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team to arrange an assessment. Once we have assessed the defect, we will arrange a replacement if deemed defective. Please note that you will be responsible for paying any import duties and taxes.

To begin this process, please submit a request and a member of our Customer Happiness Team will respond within 24 business hours.
