Most of our customers have found success in resolving their issues by following these steps:
- Try to charge your powerbank for an hour by keeping it connected to a charger and cable. After an hour, check if the powerbank switches on.
- Conduct the test above using 2 different cables and chargers, to be sure that it's not one of the charger or cable is causing the issue. It is recommended to use a charger that can deliver 100W of power, and a cable that support the same power delivery.
