Most of our customers have found success in resolving their issues by following these steps:
- Ensure that the device you're trying to charge is functioning properly. To check this, try using the charger to charge a different device. This will help you determine if the issue is with the charger or the device.
- Double-check that your cable is working correctly. You can test this by using your USB cable with another device.
- Make sure the USB ports are stable and that you can easily insert cables into them. Kindly note that the connection should not be loose and the cable should not wiggle.
- Have you tried using another cable, wall charger, or charging another device? Does the issue persist on other ports?
If these steps were not able to resolve your issue, please submit a request and a member of our Customer Happiness Team will respond within 24 business hours.
